GSM minutes registration Change of legal name effective from MailUp S.p.A.

Growens S.p.A. notifies that the minutes of the ordinary and extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting held on 22nd April, 2021 were registered at the Company Registrar.

As a consequence, change of the legal name to Growens S.p.A. is now effective.
