Notice according to Article 17 of the AIM Rules for Issuers – Issue of declaration to Borsa Italiana according to Nomad Rules

MailUp S.p.A. – MAIL (the “Company” or “MailUp”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility AIM Italia / Alternative Investment Market and operating in the marketing technology field, according to Article 17 of the AIM Rules for Issuers, announces that BPER Banca S.p.A. issued the declarations as per Schedule 2, Section C of the Nominated Adviser’s Rules. Bper Banca’s appointment will be effective starting from December 16, 2019.
