Growens S.p.A announces, according to article 17 of Euronext Growth Milan Issuers Regulations, that on 15 December, 2023 they were notified a change in the shareholding by the significant shareholder Gianluca Pronti, whose direct and indirect ownership in Growens fell below the regulatory 5% significant threshold as a consequence of his participation in the voluntary partial tender offer promoted by Growens on its own shares, settled on 13 December, 2023.
