Purchase of n. 5,900 treasury shares on AIM Italia, value date 26 February, 2020, at an average price of Eur 4.408253 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 26,008.694.

The company notifies the adoption of mandatory smart working and prohibition of business travel via public transport, for the staff in force at the Milan and Cremona corporate offices, with effect from Monday February 24 to Friday February 28 included.
