Supervisory Body

Graduated in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, with a Master’s degree in Corporate Law, he is registered with the Milan Bar Association. After a decade-long experience as General Counsel in national and multinational companies, he returned to the legal profession, focusing on corporate law, particularly corporate governance and compliance. Additionally, he is involved in impact investing, providing ongoing assistance to operators in this sector. He serves as a board member, member, and President of the Supervisory Body established under Legislative Decree 231/2001, and secretary of the Board of Directors in various Italian and foreign companies.
